Project Overview
Ability Solutions Inc. is a for-profit vocational and day service agency based in the United States, dedicated to providing person-centered services to adults living with developmental disabilities. The project involved designing and developing a full public-facing website — built on Framer — that clearly communicates the agency's two core service pillars: Employment Services and Day Support. The site serves a dual audience of individuals with disabilities and their families, as well as potential employer partners, and needed to feel both welcoming and professionally credible to earn trust from all sides.
Challenge & Approach
The primary challenge was conveying a deeply human mission — empowering individuals to cross paths with meaningful opportunity — through a digital experience that feels inclusive, warm, and easy to navigate. Sadora kept the structure intentionally lean and focused, guiding visitors directly to the two service areas most relevant to them without friction. The design communicates Ability Solutions' core commitments — specialization in vocational rehabilitation, advocacy for inclusive workplaces, and a long-term goal of independence and community integration — in a tone that respects the dignity of the people they serve. The result is a site that works as both an information resource for families and a credibility platform for employer and community partnerships.
