Designing for a mental health context requires a fundamentally different sensitivity than typical service websites — every visual and copy decision needed to reduce anxiety, build trust, and lower the barrier to reaching out. Sadora approached this by prioritizing clarity, warmth, and ease of navigation throughout the site structure. The design guides visitors naturally from understanding the services available to taking the first step — whether that's booking a session, scheduling a free consultation, or submitting a referral. The insurance acceptance section was treated as a key trust signal, displayed prominently to remove financial hesitation. The overall visual language was kept calm and human, reinforcing the center's core message: that help is accessible, judgment-free, and close by.
