Project Overview
DEF-I (Infrastructure Visibility and Orchestration Solution) is an internal enterprise platform built for Wipro — one of the world's leading technology services companies — to monitor, manage, and orchestrate 5G network infrastructure across global enterprise deployments. The project involved a full UI redesign of the existing application, realigning it with Wipro's brand identity while modernizing the experience into a clean, dark-mode interface designed for operational clarity. The redesign covered four core screens — the main dashboard, Service Assurance Map View, Service Assurance Tree View, and the Enterprise Summary Dashboard — all delivered responsively across desktop (1440px), tablet (1024px), and mobile (750px+).
Challenge & Approach
The core design challenge was making extraordinarily complex, data-dense network information legible and actionable for internal operators managing infrastructure across dozens of global enterprise sites. Sadora approached this through a strict visual hierarchy: the Service Assurance Map View surfaces real-time enterprise health geographically using color-coded alarm markers (Healthy, Major, Critical), allowing operators to scan the global network status at a glance and drill into site-level details with a single click. The Tree View translates the complete five-level network topology — DEF-I → Enterprise → Sites → Core → RAN → CPE — into an interactive node graph where alarm status is communicated through color at every level, with a detail panel surfacing site-specific information without leaving the view. The Enterprise Summary Dashboard organizes four critical KPI panels (Users, Performance, System, and Alarms) with drill-down capability and a real-time alarm feed, while a context-aware AI query bar enables operators to interrogate the data in natural language. Throughout, every design decision was made to reduce cognitive load, support rapid incident response, and scale gracefully across all target devices.
