NavSuccess is a bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and CFO services firm based in New Hope, Minnesota, dedicated to simplifying accounting for startups and small businesses. With over 20 years of experience and a client base of 300+, NavSuccess blends expert-led financial strategy with a personalized, technology-enabled approach to help founders and business owners scale with clarity and confidence. The project involved designing and developing a complete public-facing website — built on Framer — that positions NavSuccess as a trusted, approachable financial partner while clearly converting visitors into paying clients through a transparent service and pricing structure.
Challenge & Approach
The primary challenge was striking the right balance between authority and accessibility — the site needed to signal deep financial expertise while still feeling approachable to founders and small business owners who may find accounting intimidating. Sadora structured the site around a clear service journey: from establishing credibility through stats and partner logos, to explaining the six core services, walking visitors through a four-step financial process, and presenting transparent tiered pricing (Basic, Standard, and Premium). The design supports conversion at every scroll point, with a consistent CTA driving visitors toward booking an appointment. The result is a clean, professional site that turns complex financial offerings into a story anyone can follow — and act on.
